Thegamingorca:Thanks for this. Not a “bloody return of document” I didn’t cancel the application. The document return mean her passport return. I’m just worried considering how long it’s taking. |
Thegamingorca:Not yet marked green on the website. I called UKVI about 4 weeks after her biometrics and I was told decision has been on the application. About an hour after my call, I got a mail confirming that decision has been made and that I should contact tls directly for the return of document. Now tls is saying they may not have been officially communicated to. |
melaniga:UKVI said decision has been made and that I should contact TLS directly for the return of document. TLS is not saying anything meaningful… just a generic email saying they may have not been officially communicated to by UKVI. What else can I do please. |
Experts in the house. Kindly advise. I made visiting application from the UK for my mum. She had her bio at Ikeja 30/1/2024. Yet to hear from ukvi or TLS. I have been tracking since, nothing yet. Does it take this long? What next step do you suggest I take. Thanks all |
Good morning, everyone, My wife and son had their biometric for dependant visa on the 14th April at TLS Ikeja Lagos. She got pick up mail for my son on 6th of May, found my son’s passport and her own decision letter in pickup package. Following paid mail, son’s decision letter was sent via email days later. The problem is, my wife has not gotten her passport returned since. Several paid mails and calls to UKVI, they kept saying they have escalated the query to appropriate department and that they will get in touch shortly. Its been over 3months now. My son’s vignette has even expired, my wife who is supposed to travel with him has not gotten her passport back. On TLS tracking, it still shows that application is at DMC. She has decision letter stating that application is successful and has permission to enter UK since 20th of May 2022. Please house, I need help, how else can I go about retrieving my wife’s passport. |
