Don't strees it,the correction will be done before capturing,just go to your chosen capturing center a week before your date.
Go with the form and all other documents or an affidavit Preferably your NIN slip for proper documentation and filling

Please the person that did my online registration for passport made a mistake in my name what can I do about that
