Dear, just keep praying. Some students resume one month into the semester, school authorities understand study permit difficulties, more backlogs of academic work to clear anyway if you resume late.

I think since this is a new application, just fill and state that your not applying through an agent. But then just my opinion, let the gurus in the house comment.

Is your application tied to the first application ? i believe no. Your application is fresh even if you had applied and used them before. therefore, you have no business with the representative form. Ignore it completely except you are asked if you had used one before. Its really not important to your application. Success all the way !
