This is a clear case of employers negligence to staffs health and safety that is very common in Nigeria.

That is a confined space entry task and confined spaces are known to be hazardous and proper plan and safety controls and procedures should be put in place before carrying out such task.

Those poor men would have been exposed to toxic atmosphere way beyond the permissible exposure limit. This could likely be a case of inhalation of H2S, methane etc.

If you must train a lady through school, get married to her first, get her pregnant while she attends school so she gets breaks and gives birth to your children and by the time she is done with school she will be a complete MAMA, chances other men will want to be with her will reduce and she will be reasonable enough to face her kids and career.
