I think Ethiopian airways is the worst, My Cousin's Luggage have been missing since June this year after his flight from Dubai.

The worst of it all is They claim the luggage have been disposed by Ethiopian customs nd none have been able to provide us with answers why it was disposed, This is a luggage with phone nd some accessories(sure u now know why it's missing)

Visited the Ethiopian Airways MD's office at their VI office last two weeks only to meet a very rude man who turned down my pleas for explanation.

The last I visited their arrival section, a man almost got physical because the Luggage he checked in did not arrive with him to Nigeria after a stop over at Ethiopia..
