The law of 3 months only hold when he is the one issuing a quit notice.

u re not even informed urself, the law says 6 month notice for a yearly rent tenant..
Sometimes people talk about being rugged as if any man has monopoly over it..

You still have not get my point . i want to know if it's in Nigeria law that if somebody paid for 1 year house the tenant will be giving 3 months free rent. That is what i want to know before i have to take action. I'm not afraid of any of them

There is no such law that say "FREE" but if u ve to give them quit notice, its 6 month nd most time recovering ur rent for that duration is like asking MTN for free airtym..
