Notice that he promised to send the holy spirit which will remind his followers the things he taught them and "teach them new things" {John 14:26} Jehovah's Witnesses believe this so when we say "what Jesus said in a place is not to be taken literally" all you need to consider is the FRUIT of God's holy spirit amongst those saying this.

Do they have LOVE, JOY and PEACE reigning in their midst? Galatians 5:22

If YES is the answer then you need not worry over what they're telling you, they're the ones Jesus sent the spirit to so they can remember which part is literal or not in Jesus' speeches.

Jesus was speaking and you're saying it's a real life event but he mentioned Abraham who died long before them as if Abraham can talk in his grave, or carry someone on his bosom. The story of Lazarus and the rich man was a Parable, no man got resurrected or leave the grave before Jesus that's why the scriptures said he (Jesus) is the first to be resurrected and continue living from then on! Revelations 1:5

Jehovah's Witnesses taught me that the dead are conscious of nothing at all {Ecclesiastes 9:5-10} until they are resurrected! Job 14:13-15

You said Abraham was already in heaven during the time Jesus walked the earth {Luke 16:22} but due to my quest to know more you said there are spirits in prison (1Peter 3:19-20} all what you said and what Jehovah's Witnesses said were found written in the Bible.

So i asked you "was Abraham also part of the spirits in prison or he was in heaven?"
