A fact is that INEC was just playing a double standard in Osun.Review the Kogi by-election again & confirmed it.

Votes were cancelled in the 7 polling units that there is going to be rerun, if it were to be void then the rerun will be in every polling units cos each PU has void votes but the rerun is for cancelled (invalid) votes not void
