Guys please does anyone here trade US stocks from Nigeria? How do you do it and what broker do you use?
I have been learning and following US stock news $XPLR, $IZEA, $HMNY, but top US brokers just don't allow Nigerians open accounts why is this so? Even Ghanians and Zambians can open accounts with the brokers such as [url]tdameritrade.com[/url] and [url]robinhood.com[/url] but not Nigeria. Does anyone know how I can start trading on the US market?
Then again, I won't ask if anyone makes money trading Nigerian stocks, but I know it has to be long term. Trading on the American stock exchange you can day trade and bag a huge profit in a single day infact under an hour. But in terms of day trading, is it profitable? cause I can't see a stock at 20 Naira being profitable in anyway! the volume would have to be pretty large like lets say 10 million for you to make anything of it and that would even be like gambling. And I don't see anything moving Nigerian stocks up like news for example? no site to monitor stocks etc except them pump and dump guys. If it is then like how much do you make day trading minimum? So Am I wrong please is it profitable day trading?

Is the loan size worth 20% of the coy? Do you have alternative funding? If you give out 20% equity, u still have 80% which is majority and still call the shot.

For me, I don't see a big deal in giving out 20% ownership if I really need the loan and don't have alternative funding, but make sure the other patner isn't diabolical. You can give your wifey 25% if you are married, in case...

You are very right. It is a very hard thing to remove emotion from your investment especially when you feel you have done due diligence. But in NSE is like reading the step of a mad man as said by our dexter.

Dont take it personal. The stock will definitely hit 10, but not this year. That is my opinion. I also think it will finish below 7 tomorrow. That is also my opinion. You may be loaded, that is ur own b*** but that does not mean investors cant take profit or that things cant go their normal course. Oando, FBNH, Transcorp, FCMB, Diamond, Fidelity etc all went up and pple who were "heavily loaded" kept shouting km20, km10, km5 etc, but could not stop them from retracing. I have nothing to lose if it gets to 50. And even if I am not heavily loaded I am not estopped from expressing my opinion based on trends I observed. Whether it turns out true or false, what matters to me is the lesson learnt from observing the trends and patterns of NSE since I am not good at reading graphs. I no even get money to bet.

I just have to start taking your post serious.
I also observed that if a stock gap up for 3 consecutive days in NSE, watch out on the 4th day for any signs as there could be strong reversal.

Drugs is not the only thing that can cause this kind of death. Cold can. Also underlying medical conditions. Even blood clot due to prolonged seating down can cause this.

When I joined the forum, I even posted my exit points, but I later tot different people have different profit or loss targets, that is why I stopped given profit or loss target. @bullbear, you said potential, still in your radar. what that means is that you were not ready to buy yet. If it has met your price range, you will buy first before telling us you have bought. Some will also tell you what they plan to buy but their mind is not completely made up. They post it to get one or two inputs to make them form their positions.

Maybe I generalised so much. Let me rephrase- it is most and not all.

@newbies, take this from me- No good investor will tell you stock he is about to buy except he doesn't have money to buy yet. He will only tell you after he has taken position. Also you get to know after he has sold, not when he is about to sell. Some even forget to tell you they have sold.
