I am back and want to start again.
Please advise on stocks to buy. I need pointers as I have not been following the market for sometime. I don't want to miss this hot money that entered the MKT now. Also, i dont intend to buy stocks that have gained more than 50% .
I plan to dive in on Monday. Will return back to fo after I've made 20 to 30% of the stock I enter on Monday God willing. Any takers on conoil?

Please help me confirm if on your passport, the firstname came before your middle name or vice versa. He insist its the middlename that comes before the first name on the passport, and that the form was filled well on the computer and he confirmed.

My hubby keeps changing his middle name with his first name. I just noticed that he put his first name as his middle name and middle name as first name.

In his international passport, it appears as eg

A B where a is his middle name and b is his first name.

All his credentials have b as his first name, so I don't know why it should appear as such on his passport.

He said the immigration ppl said it doesn't matter , that he noted it there and they said it is to appear like that. imagine!

He is about to register for his ielts, please advise on name to use.

I have never seen anybody that concluded postgraduate studies in nau. All dropped half way, no matter how bright they were.

I just graduated last year. Mechanical. I won't say that I totally regret spending 5 years to study my course, but sometimes I feel that I could have done better things with that 5 years.

It was in my final year that realized that there may be no place for me in the labour market. Moreover, I don't want to be employed by people (company) who'd probably think that they are doing me a big favour picking me instead of thousands of others.
In summary, I'm into web development now. I'm still learning it. I should be done with my training in August. I've already started working on projects now.

You are wrong. I have a friend that studied same mechanical engineering DT his starting salary was 17 or 21 million naira . this was over 7 years ago. While in school, one should do everything to be above his peers. This my friend did AutoCAD while we were in final year and was so good at designs. He also studied french in alliance francais shorly after we graduated. He applied for msc in usa, got some scholarship ,applied for us visa and left for studies. He was recruited by the oil coy to come back and work in Nigeria. Of note is that this guy made 2.1 like most other ppl. As I speak with you he is married with his family based in us. He shuttles us and Nigeria at will.

Summary, you should not regret your course. Try and get practical skills that sells in your line of training. You can add project management training to your mech eng. Keep pushing and one day , you will land a mega deal. My hubby immediate elder bros is a mech engineer and he is currently building two houses at the same time. Also bought a brand new SUV this year. Mech engineering still pays.

We also have many petroleum engineers working in banks. Yes. Banking sector doesn't not discriminate on your course of study. Just try to enter b4 you are 27 years cos most discriminate on age and 27yrs seems be max age for entry level. Few banks take 28years.

You are right. Non graduate jobs are more in the oil fields. Ppl are now after what can you do.
An advise, u cannot be living at Enugu and be looking for oil jobs.
1.Try to move to bayelsa or pH. Network with ppl there. You can be going and standing in their gate everyday , one day luck might smile on you or you even meet ppl u knew b4.

2. Many jobs come out and are not announced. Try to make friends with ppl in the field no matter how low their grades are.

3. Also know this is not the best times for oil coys. You may not get a job as high paying as it was b4, but just enter and get something doing even if its non skilled.my younger sis hubby that used to earn 1.5m monthly now earns between 250k to 350k despite having over 10 years experience. So if you get 130k or 150k salary, accept it

4. Make community leaders of oil coys your friends. Or just get to know someone that knows them. . They may help you get jobs but you have to pay for the jobs. Sometimes their terms are high. If they tell you that you have to train someone in the university, make sure the amount is spelt out and for how many years max.These ppl can milk you. It shouldn't be an open cheque like that. If you don't spell it out, u will be paying so much for exam sorting fees and the person will refuse to graduate.

5. Accept some terms you consider ridiculous to get in and get experience. When you get experience you can move over to Arab world ,calgary- Canada or Houston texas.

Still on the matter
My cycle is 29 days and ovulation is supposed to be on CD 16. I sneaked out from work on CD 15 afternoon , travelled to bd. Bd on CD 15 and CD 16 morning. Sneaked back to work and thank God there was no major issue that exposed I wasn't around.

I used vit b complex, folic acid and pregnarecare all through the cycle. Did letrozole from CD 5- 9. Also did evening primerose from CD 3 to 14. I bought ovulation test kids too. I didn't see DT ovulation line on CD 16 and this worries me. Today is CD 17 and there is no line yet. I saw a small line on CD 15 and was hoping it will be more pronounced on CD 16 but no way.

Plz for ppl DT have used this ovululation strip, do u still get a positive or negative result on CD 17? Am sure I tested well this morning - CD 17 cos a friend told me I shld hold for 10 seconds its negative. I tot d test shld also be positive a day after ovulation.

It seems I stress myself too much on this preggie things. A more experienced friend told me I should just take folic acid and b complex for 3 months . that it will fall into place since there is no major thing wrong with my result.

Na free food just dey worry ur friends. What you should be praying is for a husband that has morals/ fear of God. One that will love and appreciate u. One that has vision and ambition and works towards it. Every other thing na jara.

I believe the judge gave the custody to emeka because he is established. DT babe suffered so much and started from the scratch. She squatted from one friend's place to the other. I don't know if she has got a place of her own now. Its good emeka gets custody of the kids so that she can start her life again. When the kids grow up, they will know the truth cos its not hidden.
