Another thing you can try for fertility is English lemon (not our local one please). When you have fibroids some blood tend to stay in your womb after your period. When there is fluid left in the womb it can hinder conception most times. So try do some cleansing, detox. You can try fruit fasting. Try 7days fruit fast. You gain in two ways when you do fruit fasting. Spiritually and physically, if you know what I mean. You don't eat till anywhere around 6 to 9pm. When you eat, eat only fruits. Avoid orange during this time so that you don't have a running stomach. As you do this pray also for God help, and to remove anything hindering your conception and help you conceive.

Another way to detox is english lemon. Please do not use our local lemon. (English lemon is about N1,800 for 6/7/8, that was how much i bought mine then) Try a slice to two slice with two or three slices of cucumber in a warm cup of clean drinking water. Allow to stay for about 5 minutes, then drink. You can start after ovulation to the next circle and stop just before ovulation. This will help detox and alkaline your body. Sometimes too much acidity makes your vaggy fluid hard on sperms. This can kill sperm fast even before they get to your eggs.

thanks mama, I have heard of this lemon and warm water, though not the English lemon you mentioned, I will ask of it.....no mind me for the cola thing, this TTC jony don't really give me stress, am so afraid of d fibroid getting big, my sis did d surgery few years back wen hers got big though she conceived then but d pain she was going tru, no be here, heavy flows, she uses 2 to 3 pads every cycle but thank God after d surgery she had 2 more children, am afraid of the fibroid getting bigger like that to experience such things..

You can get it at Mile 2 area. After crossing that Mazamaza bridge to Mile 2, before Mile 2 B/stop, you will see few women selling kola under d bridge there, ask them about it. Saw it there when I went there few months ago to buy kola though I didn't buy sha. I just asked them about it and they showed it to me. Not even costly, the small ones cost #50 each while d bigger ones cost #100 each.

Hello darling..over the yes we have all seen that herbs often times does not reduce fibroids but rather they increased it massively. Most herbs if not all are phytoestrogen/estrogen mimicking and will grow fibroids fast.

We may not have experience with wonderful cola, if you must use it use with caution. Do a scan to a know the exact sizes and go back and do another scan after a month or so to know if they are actually shrinking or growing.

Best treatment for fibroids is surgery in a good hospital/clinic

thanks mommdav for ur words, yes scan has said its own but I believe my God has not say so, am just trying to do something for myself hoping my God will remember me, this TTC jony is giving me sleepless nights, wen d fibroid was 32mm I do conceive ,(2 years ago) but till now I have not, I was told its 42mm now, and I heared abt d cola I decided to gv it a try while I continue my fertility drugs. I knw abt surgery but ur sister no get that money now, I knw my God will do it for me..

Search for options to shrink your Fibroid. The pains and thick blood are likely caused by the fibroid.
I guess the banana recipe disrupted the flow .

Good day dear, it never showed again throughout d night, then mid9t I started having dis tommy ache, your sister was crying, me and hubby didn't sleep, it comes and goes, every 10 to 15mns, no blood all this tym so hubby gave and applied olive oil on me to wait till morning , around 8am after bathing to go c doc, ( d pain have stoped a bit then)it came with these thick plenty blood. I lied down after I took a pain reliving drug. d breast tenderness has stopped,no more restlessness. d flowing has stopped too, it lasted 4 daz. Mama, there is no need to panic as it has never solved anything. Please try and see a ob/gyn for an assessment, even if you don't have money for treatment now, know exactly what you are facing and then move from there.
God is no respecter of human rules, who says you can't convince even with whatever medical jargon says?

Hello Gtc mummies, I have been a silent reader all did yl BC I cudnt open an acct here BT thank God I now have an acct, plz can u mamas help me out wt a solution to dis issue, I do have a 5 daz minthly menses,though d cycles kip changing, wt cramps and thick bloods, I saw it last dis month on 7th, I did d banana recipe too,(28 cycle),it didnt not flow well DAT morning wt minor cramps ,no thick blood, then a little DAT night, d next 2 daz I used a pad each day BC it came out little, which is unlike it, then it stopped just 3 daz. I have not experience DAT, while all dis was going on I kept having dis pain by my left tommy side and my boobs kept being heavy, uptill now which if b4 it wud have gone down to await ovu own( BC it goes down once my AF shows,) I did hpt it said negative then I went for scan yesterday, I was told I have uterine fibroid of 42mmx41mm,is it Large?, plz mamas should I panic, or is there anything I can be taking for now, I don't have the mony to talk of surgery. the doc who did d scan said it can be d reason of not conceiving. help a sis, this is my 4 years jony.
