Diet greatly affects our general appearance. An adequate diet may even make us took more attractive, as it indicate the firmness and glow of the skin, face and body in general. These are some of the signs of adequate nutrition which have much to do with the pleasing appearance of our bodies in line with diet and beauty.

The skin

Many women try to solve the problem of oily skin by using products which are applied externally, without taking into consideration of the fact that skin cells are formed, as are others, from food that are ingested.

Eating an abundant quantity of fruits and vegetables which provides vitamin A and C, the elimination of food overloaded with spices, abstinence from alcoholic beverages, and replacing the use of animal fats with vegetable oils, may be sufficient to restore health to an abused skin. Let’s not forget that the balanced diet is the best beauty treatment.

Hairs and nails

Hairs and nails are body tissues, for this reason, a deficient diet can lead to broken fingernails, with small white spots, and dry, colourless and dull hair. Certain diseases that affect the hair such as seborrhoea and dandruff at times may be aggravated by inadequate diet.

To have silky and shiny hair, and resistant and well-formed nails, we should have a diet rich in vitamins and minerals which may be found mainly in fruits and vegetables. Iron and silicon are two minerals whose lack will essentially affect the firmness of the nails.

The eyes

The nutritional condition of a person can sometimes be seen in the appearance of the eyes. Clear, shiny eyes with no redness, and no scales on the eyelids, are an indication of good nutrition. There are deficiencies in vitamin (A and B2) that are perceived in the eyes: a loss of vision where there is little light, falling and dryness of the eyebrows, redness etc. the so called coloured vegetable (pepper, carrots, tomatoes) are a good source of vitamin A in the form of carotene(provitamin)

One thing I noticed with a lot of people is that, there are no two people with the same mentality. Even with identical twins, they are different mentally, health wise and socially. What your month of birth says and its lifestyles.

Marriage counselors may advise an individual to marry a person with the same mind as oneself, but in reality, it’s rare to get a person who is a hundred percent glued to one's mentality.

I had know her since kindergarten. We were play mates. Growing up in the city was a rare opportunity for most of my colleagues, so we grew into adulthood as friends. She was my first and only close friend. Schoolmates. Home neighbour. Our lives were characterised with a lot of unforeseen coincidences.

Donald Trump and Nigerian President

Before the last presidential elections in Nigeria, a lot of people yeaned for "CHANGE." Many blamed the last president Goodluck Jonathan for a lot of Nigeria's problems including corruption. But now the truth is more clearer than distilled water.

Buhari's leadership is actually not a mistake in Nigeria's history. His will power in giving orders and assigning duties correlate with his tradition and religion. His nature and lifestyles is characterised with a lot of strength and vigor.

But things went sour few month after he became president. Life became difficult for most Nigerians with a daily increase in goods and services and a frequent consistent drop in the value of the Nigerian currency in the international market.

I believe things will get better to everyone who knows the only secret way out.

Since inception into power and his recent dealing with the U.S president, it can be tagged under political background and not on professionalism and competence.

Buhari's open minded religious believes had plunged him into a number of radical behaviours as earlier planned before the election. His election promises haven't seen the sunlight. Most of his nominees are northern Muslims like him. His frequent travels had created no small stir in the international community.

This is what Trump said;

“No sensible president continuously travels round the globe while his country Nigeria is in terrible hardship and economic mess. It can only happen in Nigeria where all that matters to the President is the full introduction of Islam, annihilation of his political opponents and absolute extermination of the people of the old Eastern Nigeria. Buhari, prior to his questionable victory at the polls as the President of Nigeria made lots of promises which he has obviously failed to keep and in most cases denied.”

In one of his recent travel, His servant said something. It may not be truthful, but it has gone viral.

Femi Adesina, presidential spokesman, had released the Nigerian version immediately after the call.

Trump spoke this week with President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria to discuss the strong cooperation between the United States and Nigeria, including on shared security, economic, and governance priorities. President Trump underscored the importance the United States places on its relationship with Nigeria, and he expressed interest in working with President Buhari to expand the strong partnership. I see two different people who relates on political ground and not on friendship. Due to this mode of relation, certain opportunities will never get into Nigeria, and it is not the best.

In this 21st Century, there exist several Cult groups who misinterpreted and misapplied the holy scriptures to soot their mundane desires. It takes a matured believer with an understanding heart to minister to a Cultist and succeed. Every step taken should points to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and that's when the success story begins. But remember, "the strong man" need to be kept in chains before taking anything from him.
