This is so true, coz this same advice was given during the fitness test day, especially to guys.
They were told to abstain from drinking and over eating to the fat ones. The officers adviced them to start doing little exercises and work out that will make them flexible.
As this will help alot during camp.

SOME ADVICE.

If you have attended the screening. Do take outmost care of yourself right now.

Don't be careless, no go injure yourself ooo.

For the main time. If you smoke, stop am, if drink stop am, maintain a healthy life style.
I emphasis alot about this. I know some of us are high life, go clubbing or so football center. Those places are no no for you.

Even if you dey play football for street or area, abeg stop it.. Before them go injure you.


If you report after the completion of the screening and the appointment letter is ready with some health Challenges, like a fracture or badly injured. You are own your own.

Just be extra careful with your health.
Life styles as well. Dealings with people.
No go carry any case for your head oo.

Be very skeptical please and please.

One thing I know is, enough resources was put into this screening and fitness test. Hiring venues, getting all those medical test kits, paying for xray for every candidates, general logistics for staff and hotel bills.

Haba, it is just too much effort for anyone to come and be wasting on candidates if they ain't sure of recruiting them.
This is Nigeria, they can still go ahead and do their backyard runs, without us being able to do anything than murmur and complain.

Pls, lets remain positive, I'm sure this is for real. As many that attended the screening has a chance, unless they have issues with their result or health.

Are we bringing CV too? I thought it's just credentials and fitness result.

No. You can do the training later on, if it's available. Even it's after some years. Except if things have change.

Regardless of your Medical fitness test presented.

A new one would be conducted by the Medical Team during screening.

Pls do a pregnant woman also need to get this medical fitness test, as from all indication, she won't be able to perform any rigorous activity.

So medical cert of not more than 3months or 6months is preferred. ( or within the week self if it's possible for you to have it). Not a private Hospital please. Teaching hospital or the Arm Force's clinic.

Especially the Arm forces own self. E get why I said so. (It's authentic and not fake, and mostly a seal is endorsed on it)

The Waec statement of results, + online print out copy and scratch card is okay.

Glo has conducted two different interviews after the 1 we wrote, more like 2nd batch and 3rd batch. Wonder wen we would be called.

So wat is next on diz Glo recruitment, wen re dey calling us? Funny but serious question, it's kinda taking 4ever, at least let's know our fate.

As long as you wia called or texted for the d interview, just go. You don't need a way of changing any venue. Wen you get dia, just show dem evidence dat u wia invited, though u choose ph center for the test. Goodluck....
