So as much as I know the outcomes will be largely based on the AC performance, I still wonder if stuff like work experience & all will count seeing that they got that info from us before the SHL test.

e.g if 5 people have the same AC aggregate core (which is likely) for one spot, what other factors will be used to differentiate and/or select?

However, recruitment, final selection and/or offer of employment can/will be made by taking into consideration many variables ranging from age, course of study, sex, nationality, state of origin and sometimes even religion, depending on the employer and her preferences.

For NigeriaLNG with her mission statement of helping to build a better Nigeria, you would expect things like -federal Character/Quota system to help encourage unity, meritocracy to ensure sustainable development of the company and her persons, excellence and care to sustain positive public imaging and openness where candidates can ask for information about the process.

Summarily, in our view, the outcome of this assessment centre will definitely be the top priority in making selection before other parameters are utilized. In the end, every candidate who did well (to NLNG standard) at the Assessment centre most likely will have a chance to work with the company. There may be something like a waiting list to accommodate candidates in the nearest future as the company is growing.

When we review/restructure your CV, you are most likely going to get called for tests, interviews and/or even Assessment Centres. This is not enough to get you a good job as you would need to perform very well at the Tests, Interviews and/or Assessment centre.

Thousands graduate from tertiary institutions without having a clue as to where or what to do next.
A Graduate Engineer who does not know what professional courses or volunteer jobs to take and in what industry.

A Graduate Chemist, Biochemist, Microbiologist, Lab Technician etc, who has no clue what GMP, GLP, QA/QC, ASNT/NDT etc. truly entails.

Talk about a social or management scientist who cannot vision where he or she will be in 5 years.

A young second class upper graduate who wants to work in the FMCG, Oil and gas, Consulting, Banking or other industries, but he/she has no clue what the next line of action should be.

Thousands of second class upper graduates write tests, attend interviews and assessment centers. So many pass tests, but fail interviews.
