Jumbojnr:Thank you so much. I am still contemating... |
I am a Sunday school teacher in the world renown church The Redeemed Christian Church Of God. I have a female colleague who likes me so much and she had shown me body language but as a virgin guy, I refuse to throw in the towel. Last two Sundays, I was very sick and nothing tasted good on my tongue. I liked only sweet things but I didnt have cash. I asked same lady to give me three pieces of biscuits but she angrily rejected that if she give me, it will not be enough for the children. I was hungry, but mom cooked coconut rice. I was disappointed because this same lady would demand ten pieces of biscuits and I do give her. Fastfoward to last Thursday, a man who promised to gather N5000 for me called and told me to rush to the shop. I put on my shirt and walked in the scortching sun whilistening to Eminem Mockingbird. Finally arrived and saw my colleague there. She begged just to have N500 in cash but this guy refused. He gave me the cash and as I wanted to leave my conscience didn't allow me so I came back and asked her how much she needed. My colleague was surprised. After few seconds she said she needed N500 but I said I can give her N2000 if she have it in the account. She couldn't believe her ears. Finally she transfered the money and I gave her in cash, she couldn't be more grateful. Last Sunday while we were both in Children department, she wrapped something and offered me, I asked what was that she said it is 20 pieces of biscuits. I screamed! I told her that if she give me 20 pieces of biscuits it will not be enough for the children. This lady continue to apologized for her behaviour the previous Sunday but after accepting, I gave it back to her to share for the children. I pointed out that I don't need it now. She was relieved. My colleague confessed that I have taught her what no one has. Lastly, - Sometimes you don't wait for people to impress you before doing good to them. - You don't expect people to be good to you all the time. - You should always expect people to pay you negatively no matter the good you do to them. - If you do good in exchange for another good, you simply a business person. - Life doesn't revolve around experiencing people doing good to you all the time. - The ultimate measure of who you are is what you do and how you react to what you feel is wrong. -They say two wrongs doesn't make a right so when you fail to help one who hurts you, it still didn't make your decision right. I am not saying go ahead and help people who will use your help against you or swallow your help and come for your head . - Remember you must have wronged or hurt someone too, learn to forgive. - You can only make impact and change lives when you pass through tough challenges and not when everything is going well with you. Learn to be yourself and take decisions that will change lives. |

In reality I am friendly and I treat people with care. I am not the way nairalanders think of me. Apologies for trolling you but you drag yourself into it, remember I warned you against interfering. |
Nia69:Is there anything sad a about my life! That's the past. |
budaatum:I forgave my dad. I was the child who heard his last words in the hospital where he died. He said I must succeed in my political career. He said something to me the day night he died and warned me never to tell anyone except my mother. I still shed tears sometimes if I recall the pains he went through before his death and the love he showed me in his last days. I LOVE him more than my life. |
BigCowHornn:Thank you so much. You make sense 99.9999 percent of the time. |
Dear nairalanders, I want to tell you what happened in my life several years ago. This is true and of course you should believe. No one, no matter how foolish they are, will post such a disgraceful thing about their family no matter how faceless it is. I am guilty of this but this particular one is true and God in Heaven knows this is true. Parents, please read and take note of how you treat your kids, it affects them psychologically. When I was 14 an argument erupted between my parents about me. What led to the argument is a long story. The problem that led to the argument is that my dad suspected I was not his child. Reasons being that I am the only slim person in the family; the only black person and the only one who is very stubborn and who loves making trouble. My mom became the scapegoat of my nature. In the neighborhood I was called "boron masifa" in direct translation it means "trouble bag". My dad almost hated me for that. I was very ruthless. This particular day, the moon was shining and I was just looking at my shadow when my dad started talking to my mom that I was different behaving strange and not likely to be his child. This provoked my mother that she yelled on top of her voice, the first and only time I witnessed my mom yelling at my dad. They went inside and I could clearly hear my dad asking "why is he slim? Why is he black? Why does he make trouble?" He said. My mother pointed out that I resemble him and how people say I was the black one but the only one who resemble my father. She cried and wept bitterly. She was swearing with her life. I know my mother to be a loyal and a very faithful woman. I began to bring my pictures and that of my dad to compare. I resemble my dad so much that you don't need further evidence to prove. Why I make this known to you is because: - You should know that some people pass through alot. - No matter what you face, you can still overcome circumstances . - No voice telling you that you can't make it will actually work if you don't activate it. - You should anticipate rejection, no one is immune to it. Heartbreak must come from any direction but it's only a ladder to the top. - You must have a story to tell if you are bound to be great in life. It will not come easy but you must surely get there so long as you keep fighting. - Where you come from doesn't determine where you are going. - What God have for you can't be taken away by anybody no matter who they are. Not your husband or wife; not girlfriend or boyfriend. Not your pastor or neighbor. - Don't give in to intimidation. Some people take pleasure in intimidating others. In case you are a victim, don't give a Bleep- you have a better and greater day ahead. Today my step-mom and her kids are ashamed of them selves because of how they treated us, we are better in all ramification. Today I feed my mother who went begging when I was in the womb. Hmmm this is how life is. Everywhere I go people like me from my conduct to how I speak. I am not charismatic neither am I opulent, but people tends to respect me. Never let any circumstance let you down . Victor Divine Barde from Jalingo, Taraba. |
Redemption88:Please can you explain what you wrote? You just confused me. |
LikeAking:Money is the problem. I am from a very poor family and my dad is dead. We are living only by the Grace of God. It's not my will fault. |
Failure2019:Why then did you name your self a failure? |
AndroidAI:It's like you didn't read where I said I have secured admission and that I will start school by July. |
AndroidAI:Did my achievement make me a clown? |
Nataliace:Thank you ma'am. I am inspired by this. |
RedChiefPriest:Thank you so much. I will screenshot this your comment for inspiration. |

The story of my life is summarized here. First, I always claimed to be 19 but I am far more than that. Let's start. I was in the womb for 2years and 4 months before my mom finally delivered of me. Let's say she conceived me January 2001 and finally gave birth to me in May 2003. My birthday is 15th of May. Here are strange things about my birth: - I was born with my amniotic sac - My umbilical cord tied my neck and left hand three times. - I was born death and after almost burying me, I started breathing. My achievement in school -I never attended private school. -I was made class monitor in primary 3 -I was made assistant headboy in primary 5 - I was made headboy in primary 6 I never attended Jss 1and I attended Jss 2 only third term because of financial constraints. During that time, I hawked pepper and later chinchin. - I was made headboy in Jss 3 but dropped and expelled for being stubborn with a teacher. -I was made class rep in SS1 -I was made assistant headboy in SS2. - The first time I wrote Jamb I scored 276 but wasn't able to secure admission into Uniabuja. - I scored 312 in 2021 secured admission to study Law but forfeit it because of financial constraints. - I scored 289 last year and secured admission to study a less noble course. I will start by July. Reality about me - I am the fifth child of the family - I am the only black person in my family. - I am the only slim person. I've been a private school teacher and my students and pupils consider me their best teacher. Seun Mynd44 nlfpmod Dominique mukina2 lalasticlala |
