Hello madam

If I can understand you clearly, I will suggest you do not stress yourself concerning this. Submit your passport and it will be stamped regardless if she started online or not

Secondly I was in her shoe also. All I did was submit my passport and my visa was granted. After I got the visa I applied to the school for my application to be moved till September so I can start in class lectures...

Lastly validity of the visa is when the visa expires. Meaning you have till your visa expires to enter Canada

I don’t think you need web forms at this point. Be patient and your passport will be stamped regardless

Okay,thank you.

Hello OtunbaTee

2) The only major reason it's because the mode of delivery is hybrid and not online like the may intake.

Please how does one know the study permit validity, has passport has not been stamped.

1. She'll be granted entry, yes!
2. Why is she moving to September again, just asked...But you can decide to resume with any cohort, in as much as it within your study permit validity.

Please how do I know the study permit validity, she has not stamped her passport, trying to decide which admission intake to send via webform.

Hello Metari1,

IRCC themselves don't abide to their own rules. If you should decide to place close observation, many already travelled students has their admission letters station Online.

As long as the program originally isn't online, I don't see any issue here, if asked at the POE, the onus is now on you to be bold and proffer intelligent responses. I know of someone that travelled in early January and the mode of study in the LOA was Online when literally, it's suppose to be In-person.

As tweeted this week by IRCC, International students enrolled in a recognized DLI or has been approved can now study abroad until December 31, 2021 and still be eligible for the PGWP.

Though on their website, the above was also acknowledged, but with a specified date as tweeted by them.

Best of Luck

Hello JustMellow,

Thank you for sharing insights, duly noted.

God bless you.

Please my post is begging for your response

You can, but it is probably best to receive the admission letter first and then you can book medicals while working on your sop and other necessary documents you need for your application.

Much oblige, kindly go ahead.[/quote

Apologies for the late response.

My question is this: Could one be prevented from entry into Canada if the deferred and new admission letter is now stating mode of delivery as ONLINE due to the pandemic. Not saying it's hybrid( maybe a mix of online and inclass).

This concern is also based on something I read on the IRCC website, someone also raised this concern a few days ago but there was no response.

I have also sent a mail to the school awaiting their response. All in all tuition has been paid and they might only be concern about that.

Kindly find below for your perusal.

I welcome other response also. Many thanks.

I will like to thank everyone on this insightful platform ( those asking questions through this I learnt and all others helping with answers) I wish I can tag you all, but am saying thank you so much for the pool of wisdom.

TIMELINE
1st Time Applicant. 1 year post graduate certificate in business management.
Application submitted: 30th September,2020.
NSE Request: November 17th,2020.( did not submit as I did not have IELTS test results).
Medical request: 13th January,2021. Got an appointment for 4th February.
AIP: 16th January.
Medical passed and was updated- 9th February (IOM clinic).
Passport request & BVL:16th February!

A 2.1 language graduate with work experience in business management, I did research a lot though on how best I can relate my language degree to my intending course by answering questions that could arise in the mind of the officer(s). Why I do not want to go for the general status quo language degree holders go, what influenced my interest in the intending course( my workplaces) how my language degree will also come in handy and so on..... , future job statistics for the course in Nigeria, areas in the industry that there is shortage of man power. I read and used positive projections for Nigeria by business experts and used lines here and there. But in no way can i attribute this to my application been approved i only tried my best and handed it COMPLETELY to GOD backing it with high praises

Documents submitted- Very basic I had little though.

- Degree Certificate
-Transcript
-WAEC
- Bank statement of dad( main sponsor) savings and current: reference letter for the current as the bank could not issue a bank statement , and myself as the co- sponsor. I paid my fees myself and have sufficient funds for my intending stay.

-Reference and confirmation of employment letter from ex employer outside Nigeria, returned home during the pandemic and took up a non- paid internship to show I am not just sitting idle.
-Work permit ID.
-SOP( through the help of this platform I was able to explain and sell my story).
- Past employment letters and payslips.
-Affidavit of financial sponsorship by father.
- Tuition receipt
-Tenancy agreement and very old CAC certificate from the 80's!
-Pension certificate from workplace in Nigeria at the beginning of my career.
- Volunteer recommendation letter in the past.
- Police Certificate outside Nigeria where I had spent more than 6 months and in Nigeria also.

I give all GLORY to GOD not by my might.
