To what extent does this cash largese contribute to Nation Building?

You've probably never held any leadership position so I don't expect you to understand reward and incentive systems. When a county sends a private jet to rescue just one citizen in a crisis situation, it's done to make a statement on national pride and to spur motivation in citizens.

When you find yourself in a position of leadership in Nigeria, do your best. What I habe learned from this Tinubu issue is that humans are the most unpredictable animals in the world.
