Politics › Re: Maintain Minimum Wage At N30,000.00 But Give Workers 3 Things??? by Metrofox(m): 11:29am On May 16, 2024 |
KnowAll: 1. Free transport to work
2. Subsidised homes. Like the ones built by shagari in the 80’s . Little one two & 3 bedroom houses. They would pay N5000.00 per month
3. Build large cooperative stores that would sell groceries at rock bottom price. That means government would buy fruit and vegetables from farmers and subsidies them. Including meat rice& fish.
It can be done. There would be know reasons to increase wages which would eventually lead to a runaway inflation. The 650,000 labour is asking for would lead to runaway inflation just like in Zimbabwe. You're a joker. How do you implement all these and within what timelines? Who implements this? Same corrupt people that embezzle everything? Take minimum wage back to 120$ from the pdp era for starters |

But my happiness is that we all are experiencing the terror going on in this country regardless of who you voted for
Using artificial intelligence, I can tell you that the future of this country called Nigeria is not bright at all

Politics › Re: Landmark Demolition: I'm Glad I Left Nigeria - Tayo Aina by Metrofox(m): 2:47pm On May 01, 2024 |
turmacs: This country is a joke. And the funniest part is that some set of people will be happy, thinking they're doing a certain tribe, not knowing they're doing themselve. Go on twitter, you'll see some people cheering that misplaced priority of a project, saying Igbos should go to their region and invest, they don't want Igbos investment in Lagos bla, bla, bla. But what they don't know is that other investors who are not Igbos are also watching and taking notes.
I just they laugh those people because by the time they realise what they doing to themselves, I'll be like when Zimbabweans began chasing white people and their investments out of their lands in the 1980's thinking they were doing the oyinbos, only for the country to suffer from one of the worst economic crisis known to mankind a few years later
Lastly as a SS babe, this is for those of you saying "God bless people of SS & SW", deceiving yourselves, if Nigerian divides today and for some reason, SS are not able to get their own country, We would rather go with the Igbos than join ourselves with the same corrupt people that have been responsible for our sufferings and the sufferings of Nigeria at large since 1960. Make una continue to dey deceive unaselves, we know our true friends and know our true enemies.
Shalom ✌️ The problem with many tribalistic Nigerians in the South west is they lack common sense. You want your country to prosper but don't want the prosperity of your own "country-man" .I keep making reference to the great achebe in quote which says "In order to hold someone else down in the mud , you also have to remain down in that same mud ". The so called igbos run businesses that oil the economy and has ripple effects on your immediate society whether yoruba ,hausa or whatever. If you want to see them fall so bad , just like cutting your nose to spite the face. Then you better leave them be and start the long journey of building your own country without them. Countries do not stumble into greatness, without unity you just have a geographical contraption and your children will never know what a great country looks like. Make hay while the sun shines. We have lost so much already economically from this hate since the Civil War, we are holding the African continent backwards. |

lwisee: Nice one. And there should be a customized 'asoebi' which must be worn by everyone residing in Lagos be you Igbo or Hausa most especially traders across the state. Failure to comply should attract stiff penalties. This will be a constant reminder that Lagos is Yoruba land. Idiot when you travel to US , oyibo go give you asoebi abi.? Only thing in a black man's head is tribe and religion. No creed, no ideology, no objectives to better his society. Love power but abhor the responsibility that comes with it. black monkey

Namaster: The heart of the average Nigerian is full of UNDISTILLED evil. It brims with evil so PURE the devil is envious.
Imagine the wickedness. Customers are already buying the petrol at an INFLATED price YET the wicked attendants want them to buy USELESS meatpies. Further investigation will probably reveal that the price of the meatpies bave been JACKED UP too.
Yet the attendants will return home and bitch about corrupt politicians.
Fact is the average Nigerian is MORE corrupt and wicked than the average Nigerian politician. Only difference is in scale and scrutiny.
NEVER put yourself in a position where you are desperate for something from a Nigerian. It's a TERRIBLE position to be in. Kind people deserve kindness, Nigerians deserve Nigeria |
