A University is not a place for minors in my humble opinion. A person who finishes secondary school at 15 can still do quite a lot. Advanced Levels. Language Classes. Music, Sports, the Arts. Become a rounded adult and go into Uni at 18. I agree with the policy.

This is a step in the right direction .
This should be sponsored as a bill and inevitably become a law. One of the many advantages are: anyone who finishes secondary school at 16 should learn a good skill before varsity. Our youths are so unproductive after varsity because they have no skills and add no value to the society. This will reduce high rate of prostitvtion (hook-up) and internet fraud (yahoo) for those will venture into them because of lack of job.

Firstly, every religion has principles and regulations. If you're not ready to abide by them then you leave. Simple. At least, you should learn to take correction or at least take an L when your attention is called.

Just a charge and bail lawyer can stop it. If you are not the husband, you CAN'T tell a lawfully and legally married woman to go and have a DNA test whereas the husband or the father of the child is NOT A PARTY to it.
