The traffic snarl in Lagos has been a snarl the past few days. I spent 3hrs moving from Lagos Island to Yaba yesterday. How long have you spent in traffic? How do we get round it/ Views are welcome!

The Central Bank of Nigeria recently released a guideline requiring bankers to certain businesses to comply with an additional Know Your Customer in respect of those businesses’ accounts. All Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs) are required to obtain a certificate of registration from the Special Control Against Money Laundering (SCUML) of the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment, failing which they would not be allowed to operate their accounts.

- Any form of lottery
- Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs)
