He was to merge 3 companies together. 2 were known but 1 was yet to be known. So the unknown one which SEC give a red flag is the cause of the merger not happening...

Apart from this they are very dubious. They lure you in with normal rate for pre-authorization debit then charge you rate far far higher than black market for the actual debit.

Providus Bank is a complete ripoff.

You should have complain to them for them to do the needful and charge you properly.
I make an order @1606... Unfortunately the seller didn't ship the order after 6 days, so I was refunded.
I was shock to discover that the refunded me at 1500, I immediately lay my complain, them quickly looked in it , deduct their yeye refund and credit me back at 1604... Which is far better.

I used Bitnob shoppa feature to other some stuffs since August 26th. Some of those things have arrived in less than 3 weeks. Two have not arrived (they are car parts).

I complained to Bitnob and they sent me updated tracking numbers which are showing "Handed over to the carrier for transportation" via China Post.
I paid over $100 in shipping for the items, my experience with aliexpress has taught me never to used China Post. Do you guys think Bitnob shortchanged me by using free shipping instead the shipping I paid for. The rest of the items came via speedaf in less than 3 weeks.

Bitnob has nothing to do with shipping.. It's the logistics you choose.
