Have you tried with a computer?
Mine didn't even indicate a space for image and I was surprised seeing people here talk of "photo", until I used my Sis's laptop and completed it.

yes am using computer. Even document is not uploading. as weel as profile picture upload.... Saying upload failed, refresh your browser and try again

What is it saying? Check your graduation date, is there hyphen as instructed? . That could be the problem, not the image.

Is saying Uplod failed refresh your browser and try again. Am still at personal information.. No graduation space yet
