You should have saved it as you were registering that. And if you saved it then don't panic just relogin, go click on preview to see all you have written and after,you start clicking on the application section one after the other, ( when you click on personal profile****) click save and when saved click next till you get to the last phase. What is it saying? Check your graduation date, is there hyphen as instructed? . That could be the problem, not the image.

Have you tried with a computer?
Mine didn't even indicate a space for image and I was surprised seeing people here talk of "photo", until I used my Sis's laptop and completed it.

Passport not uploading. Keep saying refresh and try again later.
