If the law of good and bad is in the heart of every human and that is what our forefathers would be judged by in ignorance of christ, then why do we still need to learn about Christ to gain everlasting life since God can judge us by the law of good and bad in our heart to either go to hell fire or heaven?

Are you implying that some of our forefathers are in heaven even though they were ignorant of Christ? If yes, where does the Bible teach such?

Deuteronomy 29 verse 29 say

Everyone deserve second chance, reason why jesus came to give repentance to the sinner.
So no policeman have the right to send any one to hell.

Whereby the armed robber is at the point of killing an innocent man and it is fit for the policeman to do judgement through Justice in order for the innocent man not to died then the policeman have the right to make judgement
Because the policeman is standing and acting on the right of the law.
The law of the land is not to kill anyone and if on the point of duty the armed robber is about to kill an innocent person who did no wrong. it is the duty of the policeman to take appropriate method in bringing justice to place
But I would by my own opinion opt for another method of dialogue whereby no body should died and the armed robber be persecuted for his sins and that no soul be lost.

On the commandments of Jesus Christ to preach to all the creature
No one has the excuse of not knowing about salvation brought to God to men.
Now back to the good to all men
Action are move by two factor
1. To do good
2. To do bad
Before this action take place there is premeditation in the heart.

To do evil, it must first have been decided at the heart also to do good it must first come from the heart
