There are law guiding humanity.

They will be judge by their conscience for knowing truth of doing good and evil but choice to do evil will make them go to hell even though at their ignorant of Christ

If one do bad thing the repercussion of it is judgement

But doing evil and worshipping idol they are going to hell

When you kill a sinner, you are sending them to hell without a second chance of repentance.
