"But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

The heavens shall also be destroyed but the Bible didnt specify which particular heavens as there are multiple heavens since the word is used in plural; heavens, indicating more than one heaven.

We also see another indication of multiple heavens in 2 Corinthians 12:2, which states, " I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a one was caught up to the third heaven.

So it means there are multiple heavens. The Bible only said both the heavens and earth will be destroyed.

The new heavens and earth is the one God will create after the destruction of the old ones.

1)So are you saying that God will destroy all the heavens and create all the heavens again?

So if all the heavens and earth are destroyed, where will humans be before the new heavens and earth is created?
