They are pretty solid. They don't have a regulation in Nigeria, but who does when the CBN does not regulate anybody? At least they are regulated in other countries. According to this XM's Nigerian review, they offer a 30 USD no deposit. Unfortunately, it's only available to new clients. Which is a shame, because I have been trading with them for 2 years now and did not realise such promotion is available. |
You are right that investors have little to no protection in Nigeria. But I still do think they should be trading only with brokers regulated somewhere on the continent. In practice, that means by the FSCA in South Africa (because as you probably know, there is basically not any other country that actively regulates the forex space in Africa). If you are based directly in SA, you can try brokers that offer ZAR accounts as nearly all brokers that offer this account type have a good presence in SA and are often also highly regulated. |
I have invested some money in Doge, but given how much has been Shiba growing lately, I think I should dedicate to this meme coin some money too. What are your thoughts on SHIB? I have checked out these predictions https://cryptopredictions.com/shiba-inu/ and they think it's going to go up in value. |
I believe that very good forex brokers in Nigeria are IQ Option and Exness. Alternatively, XM or FXTM could be good too, but I have never tried them myself. |
Forex trading can be very profitable, but even when you are a good trader you might not make any money, especially if you trade with a broker that charges ridiculous fees. There are a couple of solid forex brokers in Nigeria that charge fair fees, but you need to be aware that there are many scams in the industry, especially considering that the financial regulator of Nigeria - the SEC is not very active when it comes to the overlook of the forex market. |
Hello guys, Do you think nigeria will start working with mobile money payments in such as extent as Ghana or Kenya in the future? I believe this could be the deciding factor how the growth of the Nigeria economy is going to develop. With the population Nigeria has, this could be huge. |
According to TradingBeast's Ethereum price predictions for 2020, the cryptocurrency is not going to increase in value. On the contrary, the predictions expect ETH to drop by about 20% in 2020. The website expects a price increase no sooner than in 2021 and even then, the value of ethereum might rise only by a few per cent. So from the perspective of TradingBeasts, Ethereum will have to for a while before it goes up again. |
