hotspice:But is the fact, that she knows where to put the penis, enough to discover that she is no virgin?? I mean: I was still a virgin when I already knew where a guy has to put it...!!! |
In a way I think it is unfair because she has lied to him. But if she had confessed that she has had sex in her life and if he had said then: "Hmm.. I don't want to marry you then.", I think he would not really love her. I think it isn't a blemish if a girl is no virgin. We are living in the 21 st century!!!! And there is more to love in a woman (or a man) than just the fact if she (or he) is virgin or not.... |
I think one can categorize her music as punk pop |
Avril Lavigne is not a R&B artiste, furthermore she is too young to be listed in a "Best of list"!!!!! |
Well, but the topic is "Top 5 Female R&B Singers Of The 90's"!!!!! And Ciara and Alicia Keys are that young! They are singers of the new millennium!!! They have been popular for a few years only....... They are good, definitely!! But it is the wrong place to list them here!!! |
By the way, why are the faces green now ![]() |
Well, "ä,ö and ü" are our so called "Umlaute". Instead of "ä" one can also write "ae" and so on. |
On 4th October, someone started to talk about Alanis Morissette, but she definitely is NOT a R&B singer!!! Well, my favourites have already been mentioned. I can't really say: "No. 1 is my first favourite, then no. 2..." It also can be the other way round... Hmm... Tina Turner; Whitney Houston (it is a pity that she has a negative phase at the moment); Toni Braxton Mariah Carey Mary J. Blige and many others..... |
Jalal:@ Jalal: You certainly mean the "ä", "ö", "ü", "ch", "ß".... Well, one can't really describe the meaning and usage of them. hmmm.... For example: The German language knows the "s" and the "ß" . But the usage of the one or the other is quite complicated. Well, i.g.: foot is "Fuß" in German, here we use this "ß", because the u is spoken longly. River means "Fluss" in German, here we use the "ss" because the u is spoken shortly. |
Many thanx... Take time.... You know, I am German, and so I don't understand much Pidgin and NO Yoruba... |
Hi pals!! Well, who can send me the english translations to those P-Square songtexts or parts of songtexts which are pidgin english or yoruba?? I would be so glad.... And who can send me those texts from the songs on the first album?.. With english translations Many thanxxxx |
Yes, but unfortunately, one can't listen to all of them and not the whole songs... |
Oh, thank you very much... Another one: What is inanugo?? Well, "I have a cold" in German: Ich habe eine Erkältung. |
@ Frida: When and where was the show you talked about two days ago?? Well, on 30 th December my friend came back from Nigeria to Germany . On Wednesday, we were at a club here and I asked the DJ to play some P-Square songs... It was so great to listen to them in that club and to dance.... Ohhhh, wowwww.... the beats went thoroughly through the room......... And all of my friends here in Germany who listened to their music also liked it very much...... |
Ekema (Oh, I like this list of names so much... It is very interesting for me as a German...) |
I haven't met any nairaland-users... But that is not very surprising as I live in Germany.... But it would be very nice to meet some of them..... For example the fans of P-Square... Going to a concert of these guys together would be that fun!!!!!! |
OK. Thank you |
?? What is "na"? |
Uche |
What does that mean?? beautifull: |
What does that mean?? Taf1: |
@ Ocho: Doesn't matter... I like learning new words.... I will ask if I don't understand, Ok? Just write as you want to without thinking that I couldn't understand. I mean, I am German; how could I demand that you don't write your language on a Nigerian website.... As you can see, I really like to be on this page, because it is so much fun to talk to you all, and furthermore my English gets better that way... And, well, it's great that Nigerians speak English. That they use words and expressions which are not really English but mixed up with the other Nigerian languages, is just natural. What language is "bulalad" then? Hmm, no, he doesn't take his shirt off in every video. On my Video-CD he has his shirt open in the video of "Omoge mi" and "Senorita". By the way, what does Omoge mi mean and what language is it? Ohhhh, it is so cute when he - is it Peter or Paul ? - has this emotional mien in the videos, you know, when he furrows his brow... |
Well, probably some names have already been mentioned before. But I am not going to read every single page on this topic... |
Kudirat |
Is "Jane" Nigerian?? hmmm |
@nike4luv: nike4luv:You mean: Wie geht es dir? (<< How are you doing?) |
One cannot really figure out which letter should come now... The last was "O", before there was "A"....hmmmmm I don't know a Nigerian name beginning with "P" or "B"..... hmmm |
@ Whiteshark: Do you really wanna doubt that they ARE making money?? Well, they are quite successful. And since they have their own Record Company they do everything on their own... Some of their family members are working for them... @ all: Well, what is "Kennis Music"? Sorry for asking... |
