Guys, my Xbox one got 12 games already installed in it, i mistakenly deleted the original account (which is not mine and has expired probably) as I don't play online, is there a possibility of buying the games back with my Microsoft account and start playing at once since the games are already installed in the Xbox?

as in, you will have a copy of windows operating system, of whatever version and builds on such external media devices and install it on the system. you can take it to PC technicians to have it done for you properly and to avoid a reoccurrence of such problems
