Olu Joseph Achi, also known as Faveboy Ryme is currently signed to Faveboy Entertainment; a Record Label based in Lagos.

The 25 year old artist hails from Bekwara, Cross River state.
His musical journey started as a teenage member of his church choir during his secondary school days. In 2015, with the encouragement of other musician friends, he decided to pursue music professionally.

As a result, he released his first single in 2020. The single, titled ‘Miracle’, is a trap style track that talks about the beauty of things like waking up and being alive, otherwise seen as everyday occurrences. And he recently just released another good song titled WMEDS (Wetin My Eyes Don See) gaining massive acceptance worldwide.

Faveboy Ryme’s silky smooth vocals on his songs will make one feel the distinct quality of his voice and musical style derived from his real life experiences.

Having started out with calmer genres like trap and RnB, Faveboy Ryme has grown into other musical styles of expression; specifically Afrofusion. The artiste cites Drake as his favorite musician in the game and hopes to work with him someday.

When asked where he draws inspiration from, the artist stated that he is greatly inspired by his personal experiences and his journey thus far.
For Faveboy Ryme, music is a communication tool above all else. He aims to use his music to reassure people and refers to his writing style as relatable storytelling. Since everyone is going through something that is inherently part of the human life and suffering, the artist hopes that people can hear his music and feel understood.

Where music is concerned, Faveboy Ryme does not see an end and aims to go as far as winning a Grammy someday.

It is certain that Faveboy is not here to play and soon enough, he will be the world’s favorite; just as his name implies.

Chinwe Esimai, American-based Nigerian multiple award-winning lawyer, trailblazing corporate executive, writer and author has released a new book that breaks cultural stereotypes and showcases the stories of seventeen female immigrants who’ve overcame the odds to define modern success on their own terms.


The book which is titled "Brilliance Beyond Borders", highlighted the power of immigrants who hope to make positive impacts in their host country by shining spotlight on the crucial roles of first- and second-generation immigrant women in the ancient America.

As we enter the peak of the political season, political observers, analysts and the general public remain curious as to the unfolding drama and the prospective leading actors and possible outcomes of the 2023 elections. It is against this backdrop that a frontline group of eminent Nigerians has identified the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo as the most qualified and competent Nigerian to lead the country in 2023.

The Group noted that the need for a rounded, competent, and credible candidate with nationwide appeal and acceptance was a fundamental imperative and deciding factor for the next election and the overall future direction of the country.

Mr. Tony Epelle, a distinguished lawyer and convener of the WE MOVE Group noted that to build a new Nigeria, there must be a collective of men and women who are prepared to make the sacrifices to stick together to fight injustice, to fight corruption and to insist on the rule of law as key pillars for building a healthy progressive society. He observed that the Vice President is a principled leader, with the right people focused and public service credentials to lead Nigeria at a critical time when the nation needs experienced, skillful, stable hands at the helm.

Speaking on the Vice President’s impressive antecedents Akingbade observed that at any time Prof. Yemi Osinbajo had performed in executive capacity, either as Attorney General in Lagos State or as Acting President of the Federal Government, his inspired policies, actions and initiatives in the public sector have greatly shaped and continue to shape, social, legal, economic and political development in Nigeria. He noted that even in situations where the Vice President does not wield total executive power, he uses advocacy to advance causes he believes in, like his laudable rehabilitation/welfare initiative in the war torn North East of Nigeria.

Alhaji Zakari Buba, a business man and convener of the Group noted that Nigerians have a rare opportunity to support the candidacy of the Vice President who he described as a one-in-a-million politician with an impeccable and unblemished record of integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.

He observed that those who have had the privilege to associate with Prof. Yemi Osinbajo will attest that he is the kind of leader we need at this critical phase of our nationhood, given his transparent commitment to the progress of people from every part of the country and his uncommon fairness and loyalty even in very difficult times.

He explained that there is nothing on the VPs record that shows any form of insubordination, betrayal of trust, or abandonment of his principles or default on government programs and policies. On a broad scale, he noted that the Vice President combines a considerate and inclusive nature with firm convictions, clear focus and a can-do spirit on how to deliver better quality of life to Nigerians.

Speaking on theGroup’s unanimous support for the Vice President, Mr Akingbade reflected that since independence, Nigeria has been in search of a leader who will rise above the differences to embrace our commonalities. He observed “the Vice President is not a desperate politician, but someone with a genuine heart for service... and our mandate is to continue to engage with like minds across religious and ethnic divides to see the need to have a great president like Vice President Yemi Osinbajo come 2023”

He declared that apart from being one of the hundreds of Groups supporting the call for Prof, Yemi Osinbajo to run for President, WE MOVE Group is also a think-tank of accomplished Nigerians committed to contributing viable solutions to help drive national growth and development. Abia state born super model Princess Olanma has emerged winner of the just concluded most beautiful lady in Africa Universe 2021 /2022.


Olanma defeated over 20 delegates from across states in Nigeria to win the prestigious title. She was handed over her gifts and crowned in Big stream hotel, Uyo, Awka ibom state, Nigeria.


Olanma who expressed surprise after being declared winner, said it is a dream come through and will focus on impacting lives with some of her public and humanitarian services.

The Imo state born philanthropist and beauty queen, Isabella Okafor has completed a 3-days charity project for aged citizens and indigent widows in her local community in Imo state, from 30th-31st December, 2021 & 30th January, 2022 respectively.


The project which was tagged, "DoortodoorChristmasoutreach" was launched through her foundation, Queen Isabella Okafor initiative(QIOI). A home visitation to senior citizens between the ages of 90-100 years and above with foods items, fabrics, toiletries, cash gifts and ample time to celebrate and make them happy for the season.

Some of the locations covered so far includes: Umualum, Nekede, Owerri West,Nneise Ihitte, Ezinihitte Mbaise, Mpam, Ekwerazu, Ahiazu Mbaise,
Umuibezim, Okponkume, Ahiazu Mbaise, Umuosinta Amuzi, Obowo and Ndiuhu Amuzi Obowo. She also reached out to the indigent widows in Eziama-Orodo in Mbaitolu L.G.A all in Imo State.

A big heart that has birthed many kind gestures; Isabella added that she was moved to embark on the project due to her fondness for elderly people.

"Not having the opportunity to create moments with my grandparents, I love to care and cater for the Aged in my little ways that goes a long to keep a lasting memory" the Ada Imo pageant winner, said.

Isabella recalled one of her visits to her fellow parishioners, a nearly 100 years old woman whom she donated several gifts items and also help refurbished her home, to her great delight.


"Mama Theresa is from Nekede Owerri West and a fellow parishioner where i worship at St Paul’s Catholic Parish Umualum Nekede, Owerri West, Imo State".

She continues," I usually drop her off at her house most Sundays after Mass. So during one of my foundation’s post-lockdown outreaches, I visited her home to donate some food items and a little cash token for her welfare to my bewilderment I discovered she was completely neglected and lacked Care. Since then Mama Theresa has always been on my mind to reach out to every now and then in my own little way.

"She’s far over 90 according to her during my last visit to her before the refurbishment began. She has 4 surviving Children out of 9 and grand children but seemed to be left alone in her 1 room apartment within the ‘face me- I face you’ house built by her late husband with no convenience or bathroom of which She got adapted to and rarely pays proper attention to her hygiene.

"Her positive energy, and cheerfulness attracted some kindhearted donors who changed her mattress and asked that I get her food items.

"I thought it would be more beautiful if We Coloured her World, reason why we embarked on the refurbishment", she added.

Isabella is therefore calling on concerned citizens who love to impact and engage in an initiative that drives love, creates happiness and cater for the wellbeing of the less privileged to join the movement of the foundation.

American-based Nigerian Multimedia executive, Abass K.M Akeju has launched inside Nollywood, a documentary that takes an intimate look at notable Nigerian actors. The documentary discusses their personal experiences, foray into the movie industry and opinions on certain general topics.

Speaking on the new initiative, Akeju noted that the goal of the platform is to give fans worldwide the opportunity to connect with their favourite actors.

"Nollywood is gaining recognition around the world. It's the second biggest movie industry after Hollywood. We thought of a platform where fans can have access to their favourite actors and get to know them better," he said.

"Inside Nollywood is first of its kind and we are planning on connecting other African actors and maybe feature Hollywood stars at some point. Currently, we have some A-list actors like Frederick Leonard, Halima Abubakar, Esther Audu, Belinda Effah amongst others".

Akeju who doubles as the founder Aflik Tv, a movie production and distribution agency added that some actors outside Nollywood are already showing interest which will help the platform gain more audience globally.

Remember also Professor Chike Obi, the renowned mathematician who was able to solve a 361-year-old mathematical puzzle? Nigerians everywhere have continued to distinguish themselves in all works of life wherever they find themselves in the world. In the world of sports, the feat achieved by a Nigerian, Akeem Olajuwon, is still of reckoning globally.

One Nigerian that stands out in the world today is a Mechanical Engineer and former United States Army enlisted Soldier, retired officer Engr. Victor Chiagoziem Aruwah who after serving the US Army for 15 years and station in many countries he retired in 2012 at age of 33 years and has since then joined the United States Directorate of Public Works Installation Management Command Unit, Engineering Division based in Germany.

Engr. Victor Aruwah is a Nigerian Born Engineer who has lived in the United States for over 20 years. While in the United States Army, he served as the Chemical Operations Specialist and as an Advisor to the Commander in Chemical Defense and Operations with a mission of overseeing the chemical operation in very sensitive geographic regions around the world.


He played key roles in successfully moving US Army personnel and equipment to new locations across the world and turned over property and facilities worth millions of dollars without any records of abuse or indiscipline. He was also a boxer during his tenure in the United States Army with a perfect record which earned him a crown as the U.S forces Europe Boxing Champion in 2004 and 8th United States Army Heavy Weight Boxing Champion in 2008 in South Korea, respectively.

Nigerian by birth, Victor Aruwah is a true Africa as he carries the banner of Africa with his expressed love and undying passion and devotion to Africa. Recently he was awarded the prestigious honor of The Civilian Service Achievement Medal for his outstanding contributions to the US Army Public Works Engineering Division in Germany.

Citation for the awards reads “For exceptional service as an engineer, Directorate of Public Works, United States Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz from February 2017 to June 2021. Mr. Aruwah distinguished himself as a fervent advocate for the well-being of his colleagues and well a role model of customer service and teamwork. During his tenure, he completed the Engineering Intern Program, learned new skills from each of the divisions, and implemented them as project manager. His leadership, enthusiasm, knowledge, and true commitment to excellence were not only vital to project success, but they also significantly improved the overall quality of our engineering Division and fostering our organization’s positive image. Mr. Aruwah’s achievements, dedication, and exemplary performance are in keeping with the highest tradition of Government Service and reflect great credit upon himself, United States Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz and the Department of the Army”
