Am really interested but my concerns are 1. The idea is for Agro to Home. Getting them as farmland now but then change the land use to residential when the area develops. 2. Am from the SE and not even anywhere based close to the area. how do I maintain/sustain ownership when the property value improves. 3. I have read and keep reading about land titles. A farmland today might be sold by a village/family/Oba, then tomorrow, the govt will bring one plan dated 1900 to lay claims. So are the area Govt excision and properly gazetted, cos I know that all lands belongs to the govt except the ones they gave back to the community? 4. Can you arrange farm managers? Am sure a lot of people has same concerns. Kindly address this and let's take it up from here. Regards. |
