I really need your advise.

Car Financing?

My Nissan Altima 2005 had a wire issues. It refused starring or even kicking. A Rewire said its a brainbox issue. I had to buy another one and still same thing. Towed it down to Ibadan where I base. Another Rewire came on board and got it to start with my old brainbox.

Currently, it does not raise, while started.

What could be the issue and can I get a good Rewire in Ibadan, that can help fix?

I has a harsh gear 1 to 2 shift. Makes a kick sound while engaging between gear 1 and 2.

I have changed the bad engine seating and also the transmission oil.
The transmission is very smooth after that first kick between gear 1 and 2.

What happened to the old engine? Did you ever experience any issues with the old ECU?

The engine was changed because it started smoking.
I have however sent for a replacement of the ECU with the specification advised above.

Am really interested but my concerns are
1. The idea is for Agro to Home. Getting them as farmland now but then change the land use to residential when the area develops.
2. Am from the SE and not even anywhere based close to the area. how do I maintain/sustain ownership when the property value improves.
3. I have read and keep reading about land titles. A farmland today might be sold by a village/family/Oba, then tomorrow, the govt will bring one plan dated 1900 to lay claims. So are the area Govt excision and properly gazetted, cos I know that all lands belongs to the govt except the ones they gave back to the community?
4. Can you arrange farm managers?
Am sure a lot of people has same concerns. Kindly address this and let's take it up from here.
