I would like you to compare Nigeria 1920s and Let's say America 1920s. Most people in America invested well in education in the 1800s. If you still have a great granny that's still alive, ask him or her how Nigeria was during their time. Nigeria just recently put education as a priority from 1980s.

Intelligency can be passed from a parent to a child. The whites kept on passing
their knowledge to their offsprings and that's why we have brilliant and rich white men world wide.
