Npower Beneficiary comment: According to the beneficiary, the heading of a post by the Npower team says "REMINDER!, which simply means that those concerned should be fast about what they were asked to do. In Npower's reply to a comment on this post, he said deployment shall be in no time.

In view of this, the question which I am so eager to ask is whether the Npower team will not pay the 2017 successful beneficiaries their backlog since they were physically verified from November 2017.

Mind you, the programme is for a period of two years and soon the country will face another election which invariably means that much attention won't be paid to the concerned persons. Now if the Npower team insist that applicants will only be paid for the period of active engagement at their various PPAs, what then happens to the period which they were not engaged but were physically verified as successful applicants till date?

For me, I believe if the Npower team will pay the successful applicants their backlogs starting from November 2017 till date which was when they were actually screened physically it'll go a long way in aiding the concerned persons achieves what they set out to embark on.

The Npower Nigeria is an empowerment programme established by the presidency in 2016 in a bid to keep the youth busy and empowered. Before applicants are selected into the programme, they have to undergo some sets of scrutinous activities which ranges from computer-based test examination normally conduct online as well as physical verification exercises at the various local government of the federation.

2017 Npower Applicants Stipends
Since November 2017, new sets of applicants were actually absorbed into the programme but are yet to be engaged. The Npower team recently released the final list of 2017 applicants which enable them to have created and have a dashboard on the programme official recruitment portal. With this, the hope of successful applicants was heightened.

Some are eager to receive the stipends which are yet to be paid. Last month, there were rumours that applicants will be paid their stipends for the month of April 2018 but it was not so in the long run. Admission Requirements UTME Admission
i. All Candidates applying for the 100 Level Undergraduate Programmes at KolaDaisi University, Ibadan, must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’

ii. Level Credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent. Candidates awaiting results may also apply.

iii. All applicants are required to have sat for the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and must meet the required national Cut-Off score.

iv. Applicants are to complete the online application form by visiting KolaDaisi University, Ibadan website at www.koladaisiuniversity.edu.ng

v. A Pass grade in Mathematics may be waved for the Arts programmes.

vi. Applicants will be mandated to participate in the KolaDaisi University, Ibadan, Screening Exercise.

Interested candidates wishing to change their choice of institution to KolaDaisi University are required to:
a. Apply for change of institution through JAMB (visit JAMB website)
b. Complete the KolaDaisi University, Ibadan on-line Application Form
c. Participate in the KolaDaisi University, Ibadan Screening Exercise.
