* Good understanding of designs and ability to interpret and review drawings on site with architect and engineers.
* General knowledge of building regulations.

Op you should change this subject. You did the work of a laborer, not a mason. A mason is the artisan doing the real concrete (masonry) formings. Laborers are just there to mix and give him what he needs.

Exactly my thought. Europe long have a record of taking every opportunity to spy on and exploit African countries. Their resources and sources of revenue are fast on the decline. Just as the likes of Columbus and European elites convened to share African resources to themselves long before the colonial era, Africa is the new market and the reason why world leaders are fighting a cold war on our land, yet we can't even see it, but too naive and blinded to accept anything. As for the coming of Orange, I am not in a position to judge criticize anything. If their intentions turns our genuine (something rare with Europeans), then we have no problem, but bear in mind that whatever business Europeans bring to Africa is not an indication that they actually mean well for us.
We have all the resources and even good education, yet impoverished, so bad.

But that excludes the acquisition of land, especially if it's such as Lagos where cost of lands are on the high side.
