There are some files in my computer that I cannot access. It is marked green and when I tried opening them, it will be giving me notification that I don't have permission to view the file.

What could be the problem and how can I resolve it.

is it among the Videos a shared or you are just asking question? if you can't open that particular Video, go for another, i doubt there won't be anything so special in the video that you can't find in another
