I just received a mail from CIC that I have a new msg in my account.

Checked it and saw 'we need your medical info'. I thought I had been delayed cos I didn't see the attached medical form or so in the msg sent into my email.

Make una enlighten me abeg. How do I get the attached form or am I still going to be sent later?

Hello, I applied for Fall 2016 at University of Manitoba for Msc in chemistry, please am having issues in getting a Supervisor,have mailed and no response for a while nw, Can someone pls advise on what to do. Thanks.

I'm going to Uni of Manitoba for Fall 2015....though different department.

My advice is that you mail the graduate chair in your department or someone that can respond quickly on whether you need a supervisor to secure an admission. I got admission without even knowing you have to contact a lecturer!

I later mailed a Prof in my dept after visiting NL and discovered my dept allows students to resume and actually get to know the lecturers very well so they can actually choose who fits their interest, and not just because you want an admission.

So, I am heading to U of M hopefully. ..no supervisor...I ve got admission and some funding.

The competition for funding is always high...but places my own university...it's automatic once you're a postgraduate student registered. I get N90,000 per month for my monthly busary and N750,000 for my project itself...which is handled by my supervisor. My point is ...there re other schools you need to apply to.
