pls i wnt to ask hw possible is it for the school dt gave u admission to face the embassy demself after been denied visa

First is to defer his admission and get new ecoe.
His he traveling with his family or by himself? Any ways he need health cover for anyone traveling with him. He must communicate this with his Uni.
Get his medicals done before applying for his visa.
Provide other supporting documents for the new visa processing.

Am reali grateful for dis info..... part of d reason he was denied was because of d program he's going dere for(ACCOUNTING PGD) and dey said d BSc PUBLIC ADMIN he has is higher dan d course is going for meanwhile he has contacted his school and the school sent him a form to fill and dt dey will be d one to take it up frm dere at d embassy..... and dey ve defer his admission til JAN.

did DIBP request for a new CoE before he deferred the first time or he did it on his own and sent to them when the his course start day passed. ?

Sometimes we complicate things for ourselves. Why put your family in the application if you want them to come later or why tell your CO they will join you later?
Anyway, he has an option to reapply himself or use a mara lawyer.

I am not surprised if economic recession was the reason for denial. I know someone who was denied on the ground of political upheaval in Nigeria.
Did he provide a genuine bank statement? Has he mentioned anything about the current state of Nigeria to his CO?
His best bet would be using a registered immigration lawyer (mara) to reapply.
If he still has more time, reapply quickly otherwise defer the admission, get a new ecoe and reapply.

thanks so much..... Yes he gave a genuine bank statement and everytn dey ask bt my fear is maybe its cs he applied for his wife and children...... They even cald him to ask y his family is nt going wt him since he applied togeda wt dem and he tld dem dt dey will come and meet him dere later

he wanted to go and study M.Sc ACCOUNTING...... Reasons given is simply because of Nigeria s economic recession and that they dont wnt to accept anybody from Nigeria for now
