I will advise you get someone maybe a friend of same sex with you whom you confide in and sit, tell her ur problem and I tell you, you might also be helping her. she might also be suffering from the same act. do you know why this sin is very hard to overcome? it's because the sin is so secretive that even the pastors don't mention it in their list of sins, u see them mentioning fornication, anger, lie, malice etc. secondly u need to repent and be born again. y u need to be born again is to receive the spirit of God because without the spirit of God you can do nothing. remember the word of God says "for the weapons of our warfare is not carnal but mighty thru God, unto pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations, and everything that exalts itself without the knowledge of God. even after praying, you still need to resist it. that's why the Bible says pray and watch that you get not into temptation. because no matter how hard you try, the temptation will always come. remember the flesh has its own desires. that's why you must be determined to stop. a man can't overcome this sin just by prayer alone. but by watching. I will advise not to stay alone indoors. remember the devil moves around like a roaring lion looking for whom to devour. my pastor always say something. Doctrines of men, firstly it's no sin to keep hair, except u r doing so to attract the opposite sex. I don't know why ur pastor said so, but ask God and follow his direction not man, man can always make mistake. with so many doctrines like no wearing of earrings. thank you. God bless

last night I had a dream, which I saw a dead friend opened the door to my rum and entered I forced him outside and told him never to come back into my room again. i don't remember his reply but I remember telling him that " I am not asking for your opinion, I am commanding you, as I go inside, I'm going to pray a prayer of fortification and any spirit that enters there will be burnt to death. As a believer we are supposed to live the life of Christ, which is Holiness and righteousness, which without no man can see God. I remember then whenever I fall victim of this deadly sin. I die spiritually. below are some consequences I got aftermath
1. I feel disconnected from God
2. I become totally unaware of what happens in the spiritual world, my dream life cut off.
3. I feel weak spiritually, I can't pray or study the Word
4.i feel God has rejected me.

well my contribution to this topics is that when we talk of prayer, it's our way of communicating to God. now the position matters because we have different ways of talking to God. obviously you can't pray a warfare prayer sitting down. I tell u ur prayer won't b so effective.

it got to a stage where I could just close my eyes, think of a particular thing or person. then I start getting revelations. it got me really excited I thought it was from God. please brothers and sisters in the rum is it possible for a devoted Christian to do that because then I was very close to God I began thinking I was receiving revelations from God.

hello bro Charles. thanks for that great word of wisdom. I experience this too a lot. it's as if I can just get some information about a particular thing just by doing that but little did I know I was astral projecting. it got to a point where I can do it anytime, anywhere. and I tell you I felt great.
