What he was talking about is crowd control...well except the crowd is going to be included in the video there is no point.... Nigerian-ness doesn't mean one should be proud of being backward.... Uniben physical clearance is a bit organise now.. They have a specified number of people they invite for clearance daily, just check ur page for ur date, go to auditorium with the required documents and you will be cleared.
