It is only in the state capitals that Rochas has done better in terms of infrastructures and beautification than Obiano, I.e comparing Owerri to Awka, reason being that Anambra has more than three cities (Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi and Ekwulobia) so Obiano did not centre his infrastructure development in Awka only but every part of the state is witnessing massive development.
