Who initiated the project?

this project was initiated by Toleram group which Lekki Port is part of the group but due to funding the group have to involve the Chinese government for sponsorship the project is fully funded by Chinese government.

Don't be fooled, tinubu is the brain behind the delay of the project since 2001 from federal government and Lagos state because everyone want to have shares in this project, this project have buy alot of powerful nigerian houses, a lot of Prado jeep and even sponsored some of this people vacations and also before you argue with me this project belongs to many parties such as Lekki as largest share, Lagos State, federal government and the last 5% is between 3 powerful Lagosian and they all have their representatives at the board of directors but many people only see outside you don't see inside before this project comes to an existence.

It very simple most toks car come with single cell radiator because there weather is good so you have to change it to double cell then I will not advise you to connect your radiator fan directly let it work on sensor then fixed your gasket, try this and thank me later.
