I am very surprised with this story because i was in Germany in 2010 when my Sister returned her Nigeria passport to Nigerian Embassy in Berlin then, and that was to enable her collect the German passport, because then if you want to collect German passport and become a German you will need to return your present countries passport, and i am aware that the law has changed, you can now have dual nationality as a German , just like in Britain, so i am surprised that the guy had to return his passport and also surprised that the Embassy wrote that the 1999 constitution states it clear that only the president have power to collect passport back, that same Embassy collected my Sister's own passport in 2010 without the president.

Am waiting to see if you'll get help. The church beside ours is been there for 3 yrs in fact I can't come to Nigeria with my family this Christmas.
I was in Nigeria, March of this year and it was terrible, these people will pray till 11:20 pm. Many times am woken up by the noise and can't go back to bed. Called & sent several e-mails to Lasepa but nothing has been done till now.

what? why should you suffer like that because of a church?

Don't contact anybody because nothing will be done.

@Op, Well there was a similar story some years back in orile area of Lagos.
There was a church building beside this man's building and they were giving the man and his family a serious nightmare. So what the man did was he went to Alaba International and bought a special speaker called AHIJO or some name like that, he mounted the powerful speaker by his balcony rail facing the church building, and connected the speaker to his powerful home theater. So on the first Sunday after fixing the speaker, the church started their usual Sunday service, then the man went on and played a song titled OSONDI OWENDI by OSITA OSADEBE, and turned the volume to the highest, and whitin some minutes some members of the church went to the Man's house trying to talk to him, but he refused to see them, he made sure they could not achieve anything in that church on that very Sunday.

Then the next day some church members returned to the man's house, and that was when the man told them the reason for his actions, and told them to stop disturbing him or he will continue to play his music every other Sunday.
That was it and it worked like magic.

So i suggest you try the same method, and i can assure you it will work for you perfectly just like that man.

Op its seems your Brother have not told u the whole story leading to this, it sounds untrue to me that your 4 tenants rent expired and all of them refused to renew their rent and at the same time requesting that u should give them 3 months to leave.

Don't u think there is more to this that your Brother is not telling u? Is anything wrong with the house?

I advice that u try to speak to those tenants directly in a peaceful manner, maybe by then u will hear the truth about all this.

Please don't make trouble with them, it wont favor u.

DSTV are not stopping any other companies from the cable tv market. Cable tv is not cheap anywhere in the world. U choose the one u can afford, if u want pvr, then u pay for it. U can't afford it, but gotv. Its as simple as that.

U are wrong, why are they charging pay as u view in south Africa and can not do the same here?

I pay N13,450 monthly and i normally watch Tv on weekends, so it is a good idea to charge us pay as we view just like south Africans!
