So a friend of mine had a verbal agreement with a married woman in need of a male child. She promised a reward of 50k if my guy impregnates her and she gives birth to a baby boy.


Long story cut short, my guy agreed to the payment after service funfair; they mate, she got pregnant & had a bouncing baby boy.

Now my friend wants custody of the child cause the woman failed to pay the agreed sum of 50K, months after delivery.

Any word of advise for my friend?

NB: the woman is legally married, had a two year old daughter and the husband is very much alive.
