What they are saying is I should come through studies, applying for a degree, is that your stand too?

not to indulge. It means you're a guy and a fellow guy wants you over. Which means getting married won't be possible cause we're in nigeria. Just apply through school. Let him either send you the cash to apply which I don't know if that would work. Or you use his bank statement. Just be careful

Things like this are usually fishy...even if you are 100% sure the guy wants to sponsor you, what’s the guarantee that he is not trying to launder money through you?

As others have suggested, try to complete your undergrad, apply for studies and if possible look out for scholarship opportunities, or go for your NYSC, get the required 3yrs work experience, save up some money and then begin your express entry process
