The founding father of CommonWealth of Zion Assembly. Rev Biodun Fatoyinbo has taken a leave due to the alligation against him by Busola wife of Timi Dakolo which came to him as a shock.
Busola accused him of RAPE 20 years ago which brought about a great protest in his churches at Abuja and Nigeria.
Rev Fatoyinbo Biodun took to his instagram page and said
"The past few days have been very sobering for me. I have taken time to pray and seek spiritual counsel from christian leaders around the world who feel very concerned about the ongoing reports in the media .I have solicited their guidance on actions i should take that are honouring to our lord Jesus christ and the work he has call me to do.
Drawing from their counsel and that of the leadership of commonwealth of zion assembly and owing to my love for God'swork and the sacred honour of my calling,i have decided to take a leave of the absence from the pulpit of the church.
Although it will be break my heart to tatters to stay a day without doing ministry i believe it is the right thing to do at this time.it is in the interest of the flocks of christ that issues concerning me do not become a distraction to their worship of their lord.

Message in full:

A soldier who was left behind by his retreating colleagues dashed into a little cave for safety. He soon heard voices and footsteps of enemy forces approaching. Fearing for his life, he closed his eyes in the open cave and prayed for God’s protection. Presently, a little spider soon set to work its cobwebs across the entrance of the cave. The first enemy soldier approached the entrance of the cave, broke the cobwebs and turned back. “Men, let’s go!” He said. “He can’t be here. Nobody has been here for a long time. There are cobwebs all over the entrance”. Thus, the Lord delivered the poor soldier with the aid of cobwebs.
From our text, a veil or curtain, separated the holy place from the most holy place. It was hung upon four pillars. This veil was for a partition between the holy place and the most holy place. Another covering was for the outer door of the tabernacle. This was the defence the tabernacle had. God takes care of His Church on earth. A curtain shall be, if God please to make it so, as strong a defence to his house, as gates of brass and bars of iron.
With the abundant wealth in the tabernacle, and leaving it thus exposed, one would think it might be a temptation for thieves; but God is mighty enough to defend His house.
“There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength” (Psalm 33:16). God led the Israelites through the wilderness; there were neither physical walls nor iron and concrete bars to protect them. God was their security. As believers, we should not put absolute trust in the security arrangement in our neighbourhoods; we should not trust in the arm of flesh but wholly lean on Jesus’ blood.
FOOD FOR THE DAY: Don’t be like the ostrich which thinks security is burying its head in the sand.

So much He gave His only son to die. It is also not His will that any should perish, scripture says. But you and I know that as we speak many are perishing on their way to Hell. And that’s because “…this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light..” John 3:19. As a younger Christian, I used to ask why God Who has all POWER, Unlimited in might and ability could not just prevail upon man (men and woman) to believe, accept and love Him. Why He wouldn’t just snap His fingers and all men are saved.But as I grew I began to discover that this would violate His very core nature of Love. I noticed in verses like Rev 3:20, How He stands at the door of the very ones He CREATED knocking, and waiting to be asked in. The one we call THE DOOR, waiting at the door. And that’s because, if it’s Love it has to be by choice. If He forces His way in, then it’s not love. That’s why He made man a free moral agent. Even angels don’t have such a privilege. So back to my friend. He’d been on the case of this sister for sometime, whom He claims to really love. And feels so convinced she is God’s will for His life. But sadly, The Sister doesn’t feel the same. But then has tried to push things a little hard and getting the sister already upset. So I said to Him (A very great guy), You know, If it’s BY FORCE, then it’s not IN LOVE. Even when people influence people to love them, and they seem to do, somewhere in their hearts, they’d lack that fulfillment, knowing TRUE LOVE must be by CHOICE.
Anyway, just my numerous musing moments.
