OP it's that simple, first report the transaction to opay asking them to send a mail to Gt bank first concerning the erroneous transfer to help lien the funds.
Secondly, obtain a court order asking for a recall or reversal of the said erroneous transfer. Submit to Gt bank.
Follow up with the submitted court order maybe once a week for feedback.
Note court orders are effective if the account are funded or a quick consent for reversal is given by the beneficiary of the erroneous transfer.
Once there's a recall expect your funds back into your account. Note:the same session ID for the initial transaction will be the same session ID used to revert funds back into your account.

I mean we should develop a technology which can intercept, track and even disclose locations of adversaries;even if it's a walkie talkie just to send the next UAV to dislodge them.
