If the panel doesn't find him guilty, the assembly will still find way out to rope him. That is contradicting.
If the panel doesn't find him guilty on what ground would the assembly still rope him? You don't know that the recommendations of the panel will be the final judgement to nail him and not what the house thinks. If anything is done outside panel's recommendations, that would be a nullity in the eyes of the law.

Once a panel is set up that will be the end of Fubura , that is why he is preventing it ,my brother forget it, no be naija again ,either they find him guity or not ,he would be impeached once the panel is allowed to be set up .

If you're looking at impeachment. Please impeachment doesn't start and end at the hallowed chamber of the house of assembly. The chiefs judge of the state holds the ace because he is the one to constitute panel to investigate any infraction that might be preferred against the governor, and whatever he recommends is the final. You know for now, the chief judge is at the armpit of the governor.
For now, Wike is just stressing himself.

The only thing Fubara can do he has already done it ,by taken court injuction to stop the chief judge not to constitute any panel over him ,i know there is a time limit for this ,the assembly can approach a higher court to vacate this ,you know in naija ,even if the panel does not find him guity ,there is always a way out for the assembly to rope in the Governor .

I think Tinubu is the one holding wike back ,if not, the governor would have been a forgotten issue by now ,its not that I am supporting wike on this ,but the reality is that Fubara has played into the house of assembly's Hand already .
