Thanks for the info.. But you still. Didnt get my first question right.. Even if I'll be asked to present a result from a government hospital together with my visa application, it still does matter.. Im actually asking for a friend who got admission to cyprus and should be resuming by October. He applied like three months ago, he presented a good medical test result. He just collected his visa recently and he is planning to leave anytime soon. But he is scared he might have contacted an infection after the unprotected sex he's had within the past few months lol. He was asking me that " what if he gets to cyprus and the medical examiniation he'll go through in cyprus show that he has one infection or the other, would he be quarantined over there or deported or something" lol. He is scared as hell. I told him to go and du test now so he'll know wassup and if he has i fection, he should treat it before he flies, but he keeps telling me he is broke. So im asking now, what will happen if after he gets to cyrpus, the authorities there make him undergo a medical test and he is found to be infected, would he be deported or treated? ctleurocollege: Good morning, before you arrive Cyprus you will need to present a medical test from a government hospital for your visa application
When you arrive and decide to change your course, you will need to contact the student admission office and follow the procedure for change of course |

He asked who my sponsor was(my auncle) and what he does, i was explaing wbat he does bfre he gava me the news that im refused.. I asked why, he said its in thr pink letter (goddamn, that shit has been printed even before i booked an appointment) i just collected it and left, but i wanted to cry out, i did in my mind tho. Christianity Etc › Re: Jehovah's Witnesses: Why Are Blood Transfusions So Bad? by Milnes: 9:57am On Sep 02, 2019 |
The verse mentioned 'abstaining from things being strangled'which literally means not having anything to do with things that are not properly slaughtered. Properly slaughtering an animal according to the bible is 'burying the blood of whatever animal it is youre trying to eat after slaughtering' you'll never see a JW killing an animal and just letting the blood flow in the streets or pouring its blood down the sink. They kury the blood of the anumalebeeing slaughtered before eating the animal. alBHAGDADI: Acts 15:20
But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.
Jehovah's witnesses are refusing blood transfusion simply because of the verses above. It's funny because the verse doesn't say anything about blood transfusion, it just says abstain from blood.
If JW say we should abstain from blood transfusion because of the verse, then how come they don't also say people should not even touch blood of animals they slaughter? |

Alright. Thanks. Btw, the course i applied for is BBA not MBA. I was tensed while i was typing before. Lol. marcDgreat: My Intention was not to discourage but to advice. Most reputable MBA programs usually require gmat and that is the standard and the VOs know this if you come to them for an mba without gmat they are likely to deem you unserious, Business schools are expensive so it is expected that you know and do all research when looking to go for an mba.Usually schools that don't require gmat for admission are usually low ranked or even blacklisted schools. My advice for applying for mba programs is to write GMAT and only apply to the top 50 or top 100 schools using us news and world report you can check for them and also tally your gmat score with the average score of their admitted class. But there are also some instances here on nairaland that people get approved without writing gmat. All in all wish you the best in your interview tomorrow hope you can share the outcome with us. As for advice on what to do just simply say the truth if asked about the gmat " your school did not require it ". |

marcDgreat: Was curious as to why your interview was so short and immediately went through your page and it is obvious that your denial was due to several mistakes that you made filling your first ds160 and also in your first visa interview which was not coherent the previous VO noted some issues and i think the recent VO saw and decided to refuse you. sorry but you were not prepared enough and your story was inconsistent in your first interview which has been noted in their system. All the new VO had to do was read through the previous of notes of why you were previously denied and deemed you an immigration risk leading to the denial. Also your going for an MBA without writing GMAT that is a not a very good sign, and rarely will a ranked MBA/ Business school will consider your application without GMAT. Do enough due diligence and research don't just apply because VO's know how the american education system works. But still Goodluck whatever u intend to do next. Why are you talking about GMAT with Business course the way you do. Watch it! Its so discouraging. He just mentioned that the school didnt require any test but he did a virtual interview with the school. Are you saying he should have gona to write a test that wasnt required by the school He is applying to? I have my interview tommorow, mba, no test was required by my school, gmat, toefl, ielts, or any exam. Although i have an expired toefl. So what do you advice i do or say when im being asked if i took any test for the coursr im applying for? |
