Those degrees can also be used to solve problems in the local government areas, it is humans that also live there.

An average Nigerian worker has a lot of time to himself even while on duty. Their problem is just that majority don't make good use of them. Those that do make a lot of bucks. This is not easily allowed in UK. They pay you per hour and you must work for every of the hours paid. Private phone calls are disallowed. Evaluate this too.
